14 Days Returns Policy and how to return your resort wear order. Our UK Returns Policy is 14 days from the date goods arrive. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process from date of posting. Please scroll down to read the options that apply to you for shoppers from the UK, USA, Australia, Europe and Rest of World.

 

We grant 14 days returns policy from the date the item arrives with you. Our policy allows plenty of time to try on and return your garment if it is unsuitable. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you do need to return any item and need help to exchange a style or size. 

If you return your order after the 14 days we are not obliged to refund you. We will provide a store credit for the value of the garment you have returned. Store credits are valid for 12 months.

How we process returns and refunds:  Our refund process takes several working days. All garments are checked before they are steamed, checked again for any marks and finally repacked and then processed to be refunded. Our refunds are processed within ten working days from the date we receive your return. If you have returned an order outside of the 14 day period we will contact you to ask you why. 

Please do not remove any garment tags.  Please return items as new, unworn, with tags attached. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Enclose and Complete the paper returns form included within your order.

Please return the garments within their clear bags to protect the garment and enclose within any clean protective outer packaging. We will recycle all used opened bags. Please reuse any clean, label free outer packaging. You can turn our delivery bags inside out and reuse these.

 

Please return garments within the timescale of 14 days from the date goods arrive with you for a refund. Our 14 days returns policy is visible on our every website page. UK Returns & Refunds

Our Returns Policy is 14 days from the date goods arrive with you. As a small business we are unable to offer free returns but to make returning items smoother for you, you can use our pre-paid Royal Mail service and £3.99 will be deducted from your refund. Our refunds are processed within ten working days from the date we receive your return.  Full returns information is printed off an enclosed with your order.

 

All you need to do is put all items into one box or jiffy bag and follow our returns policy above. Generate your return and take to the post office or have the item collected. The post office will give you a receipt of postage. Please reuse any clean outer packaging and ensure all previous delivery labels are removed. This is a Tracked service with Royal MailMaximum parcel size that can be sent in a  jiffy bag, outer bag or a box  is  61cm x 45cm x 45cm. You can also click the link here to create a return with Royal Mail.

 

Please reuse any clean, label free outer packaging. You can turn our delivery bags inside out and reuse these.

Our office is open 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday and 10am -12 noon Saturday to receive parcels. Returns are processed within ten working days from the date you post your return.

You can also return your parcel via any method of your choice, at your cost.  If you do, it’s very helpful to send the tracking number by WhatsApp or Online Live Chat or by email as couriers may deliver outside of our office opening hours. Please save your costs and send items second class with a receipt of postage. 

We kindly request please do not squash garments into very small bags as this could damage your item and delay the refund process as garments need to be cleaned and pressed. They don't have to be folded perfectly but stuffing and squashing could damage a garment in transit

USA Returns and Refunds:

When posting your item back, please label your parcel as Return of Goods, An Unaltered Return. If we are billed by UK customs, this will be deducted from your refund. If you have any queries at all about returning goods from overseas, please email message or call us, we are here to help.

If you return your order after 45 days from delivery date, we are not obliged to refund you and will provide a store credit for the value of the garment you have returned. The store credit does not expire. 

Rest of the World Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you do need to return your order for an exchange or a refund. Please be aware that international post can take from 9-21 days to reach the UK so it is helpful to let us know we are expecting your return.

 

When sending your return, please be aware you are liable for returning goods duty and tax paid to the UK if you incorrectly label your parcel.

Exchanges:  Please contact our personal shoppers who are more than happy to help you with an exchange whether you need a different size or need to return a gift, we are here to help you. If your order is urgent, it may be easier to purchase a new item than wait for an exchange.

 

Reduced Sale Goods:  Sale goods can be returned for a full refund strictly within our 14 days policy. Late sale returns will not be refunded and a store credit will be applied. Hair bands, hair accessories and face masks are the only exemption due to hygiene reasons and cannot be returned or refunded.  This is in line with government guidelines, we offer a fair and full returns policy for all goods on sale. We are not obliged to refund reduced garments in our sale items that are returned after the 14 day period. 

 

Worn Items: On very rare occasions, where customers have returned items we believe items to have been worn, the goods will be returned to you and no refund will apply as worn items are deemed unfit for resale and we cannot fairly resell items we believe to have been worn.

 

Please do not remove the garment tags, please return items with tags attached. If garments are also returned with strong odours such as suntan lotion, perfume and smoke, these garments will be returned to the buyer. We reserve the right to investigate any suspected fraudulent returns.
