We use Royal Mail Express Tracked 24 service for all UK Orders. If you would like a guaranteed Next Day delivery please select Next Day at the checkout. Orders received before 11am will be shipped on the same day.

Signatures are required on delivery for Next Day services with Royal Mail and when using this service, parcels can not be left on the doorstep.

DELIVERY TO JERSEY & GUERNSEY
Lindsey Brown resort wear delivers from the UK, so we have deducted UK Vat from our products, when you select your delivery address as Jersey or Guernsey. We have included in the price any Duty where applicable to be paid on entry to Jersey or Guernsey and ship with Royal Mail Tracked Express service.
CONTACT INFO FOR YOUR DELIVERY Orders are shipped tracked with Royal Mail and we add your email and phone number to the shipment so you know exactly when a parcel will be out for delivery as Royal Mail will contact you by SMS message or email. This standard free and paid for services a 'Tracked No Signature Required' service so parcels can be left in a safe place.
SAFE PLACE If you add a note of a Safe Place box or location to your order, please note doorsteps do not count as a safe place. If you request a door step delivery, the responsibility for loss is transferred to the buyer. If you redirect your parcel to an alternative address to leave in a safe place, the responsibility transfers to you the customer. We cannot be held responsible for items left in a unsecure safe place.
OVER BANK HOLIDAYS orders are shipped on Saturday morning at 10am and again on Tuesday when couriers are working. Please allow one extra day for your next day service over a bank holiday. Your tracking number will have the latest information on where your order is. During the Christmas and New year holidays please read our festive shipping here.
NEXT DAY CUT OFF TIMES Please place any Next Day orders before 11am Monday to Friday. Royal Mail next day service will require a signature, they can't be left in a safe place and can arrive as early as 8am. If you wont be home, please leave a note on your door and arrange for a neighbour to take in your parcel. You can also download the RMail app and add your safe place location. EXTREME WEATHER
In cases of extreme weather Summer heatwaves and Winter storms, it may be unsafe for our team or delivery drivers to work so please be aware to allow one extra day in extreme weather conditions. Whilst we may have shipped your next day order on time, it may be delivered one day later. Your tracking number will have the latest information of the process of your parcel.
HOW TO TRACK YOUR PARCEL
Once your order is collected from our office by Royal Mail, the tracking number will be scanned. Your parcel will show an update once it has been collected and scanned end of day at the DHL and Royal Mail depots.
- You will receive a notification email to confirm we are working on your order.
- A second email, from our personal shoppers will confirm we have shipped your order and also your Royal Mail tracking number.
- You may decide to download the Royal Mail app its an easy way to track your order.
DESIGNATED DELIVERY DAY
If you would like your delivery to be on a specific day, if you are not home, or you are away on holiday, please select next day at the checkout and send a quick whatsapp or live chat to let us know the day you would like your delivery to arrive. If you forget to leave the date in the comments box, don't worry, please send your order number by email, text or a quick phone call and we will reply to you. We always contact the customer if we don't receive a message with your preferred delivery date.
GIFT WRAPPING
If you would like your order Gift Wrapped for free or would like to include a FREE Birthday card or a Thank You card or a Note please add your details into the Special Instructions section at the checkout. HEALTH & SAFETY REGARDING DELIVERIES
Please rest assured that we are following all health guidelines. Our garments are individually packed in sealed plastic bags. When packing orders our team follow all hygiene guidelines. Returned garments are checked and steam cleaned before being repacked and resold online.
OUR DISTANCING POLICY
For all customers where they need to deliver any item that will not fit through your letterbox, they will place your item at your door. Having knocked on your door, they will then step aside to a safe distance while you retrieve your item. This will ensure your item is delivered securely rather than being left outside.
