SWITZERLAND

We have removed the UK VAT TAX & DUTY from our prices. On entry into Switzerland, you will pay any Tax & Duty. Swiss % TAX rate and Swiss % duty. This is the best option as if you wish to return your items for a refund. You can re claim the VAT and TAX as you are a Swiss Citizen. We are unable to reclaim the VAT and Duty on your behalf. This is the best option for everyone.

EUROPE & EU IMPORT LAWS HAVE CHANGED 

We are currently revising our EU shipping costs and requirements inline with the new GSPR EU ruling. As soon as we have completed our review, we will be able to ship in Europe. Shipping into Europe has been paused as of December 2024.

Returns Policy

Refund Policy and how to return your resort wear order. Please scroll down to read the options below for UK Shoppers, USA shoppers, EU shoppers and Rest of World. Our Returns Policy is 14 days from the date goods arrive with you. 21 days for USA and ROW

HOW WE PROCESS REFUNDS: 

As soon as we have received your package you will receive an email to let you know we are processing your return.

Our refund process takes several working days. All garments are checked before they are steamed, checked again for any marks and finally repacked and then processed to be refunded. 

Our refunds are processed within seven working days from the date we receive your return.

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM : 

PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE GARMENT TAGS please return items as new, unworn, with tags attached. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

PLEASE COMPLETE the section on the back of the return form, enclosed with your order.

PLEASE RETURN GARMENTS WITHIN THEIR CLEAR BAG to protect the garment and enclose within any clean protective outer packaging. We will recycle all used opened bags. Please reuse any clean, label free outer packaging. You can turn our delivery bags inside out and reuse these.

PLEASE RETURN GARMENTS within the timescale of 14 days from the date goods arrive with you. 

 

UK RETURNS: Our Returns Policy is 14 days from the date goods arrive with you.

As a small business we are unable to offer free returns but to make returning items smoother for you, you can use our pre-paid Royal Mail service and £3.99 will be deducted from your refund.

All you need to do is put all items into one parcel, follow the returns policy below and take to the post office. We have enclosed a returns prepaid label to stick to your parcel. The post office will give you a receipt of postage. This is a Tracked service with Royal MailMaximum parcel size that can be sent in a  jiffy bag, outer bag or a box  is  61cm x 45cm x 45cm.

Please reuse any clean, label free outer packaging. You can turn our delivery bags inside out and reuse these.

Our office is open 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday and 10am -12 noon Saturday to receive parcels. Returns are processed within seven working days, Monday to Friday, from the date we receive your return.

You can also return your parcel via any method of your choice, at your cost.  If you do, it’s very helpful to send the tracking number by WhatsApp or Online Live Chat or by email to orders@lindseybrown.com, as couriers may deliver outside of our office opening hours.

We grant 14 days returns policy from the date the item arrives with you. Our policy allows plenty of time to try on and return your garment if it is unsuitable. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you do need to return any item. If we have not heard from you within14 days of receiving your order and you return your order after 28 days from the delivery date, we are not obliged to refund you. We will provide a store credit for the value of the garment you have returned. The store credit does not expire. 

 

USA CUSTOMERS: 

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you do need to return your order for an exchange or a refund.

When posting your item back, please label your parcel as Return of Goods, An Unaltered Return. If we are billed by UK customs, this will be deducted from your refund. If you have any queries at all about returning goods from overseas, please email message or call us, we are here to help.

REST OF WORLD & EU CUSTOMERS: Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you do need to return your order for an exchange or a refund. Please be aware that international post can take from 9-21 days to reach the UK so it is helpful to let us know we are expecting your return. EXCHANGES: Please contact our personal shoppers who are more than happy to help you with an exchange whether you need a different size or need to return a gift, we are here to help you. If your order is urgent, it may be easier to purchase a new item than wait for an exchange.

SALE GOODS: Sale goods can be returned for a full refund strictly within our 14 days policy.  Late sale returns will not be refunded and a store credit will be applied. Hair bands, hair accessories and face masks are the only exemption due to hygiene reasons and cannot be returned.

WORN ITEMS:  On very rare occasions, where customers have returned items we believe items to have been worn, the goods will be returned to you and no refund will apply as worn items are deemed unfit for resale and we cannot fairly resell items we believe to have been worn.

Please do not remove the garment tags, please return items with tags attached. If garments are also returned with strong odours such as sun tan lotion, perfume and smoke, these garments will be returned to the buyer. We reserve the right to investigate any suspected fraudulent returns. Fabric Content & Product Care

100% Silk excluding sequins.

Refresh your silk Items using a handheld steamer rather than washing and dry cleaning, as it is more sustainable than dry cleaning and preserves the quality of all silk clothes.

Do not wash in a machine on a cold or silk wash.

You can dip silk in 100% cold water but do not soak silk.

Instead, we recommend dipping into 100% cold water, remove excess water and hang dry immediately. If you decide to hand wash your item, only in cold water use a non-bio liquid or powder. Dilute the liquid in the water, and gently wash by dipping the garment, do not soak. Rinse gently in cold water and reshape whilst damp. For best results hang when nearly dry and steam back to shape.
