The length from waist to floor is 100cm 40 inch. Hemline has been left plain which can be shortened.

The waistband is elasticated allowing all sizes up to xl to wear this maxi kaftan. The sleeves are bloused.

Fabric & Care

100% Silk excluding sequins.

Refresh your silk Items using a handheld steamer rather than washing and dry cleaning, as it is more sustainable than dry cleaning and preserves the quality of all silk clothes.

Do not wash in a machine on a cold or silk wash.

You can dip silk in 100% cold water but do not soak silk.

Instead, we recommend dipping into 100% cold water, remove excess water and hang dry immediately. If you decide to hand wash your item, only in cold water use a non-bio liquid or powder. Dilute the liquid in the water, and gently wash by dipping the garment, do not soak. Rinse gently in cold water and reshape whilst damp. For best results hang when nearly dry and steam back to shape.

This long floaty silk maxi kaftan is a classic Lindsey Brown design, hand crafted from beautiful pink silk. The neckline, v-back and cuffs are decorated with hand sewn sequins, in a diamond pattern which is recognisable as Lindsey Brown luxury silk resort wear. The soft elasticated waistband creates a flattering shapely silhouette, whilst the deep v-neckline and v-back can be drawn in and tied across the back of the neck, which allows many sizes to wear this floaty tie dye silk kaftan. The loose sleeves are almost bat wing in style, however they are not over sized and due to the fine floaty silk fabric we use, they drape beautifully flattering every dress size that wears our silk maxi kaftans.

If you are a fan of our silk resort wear, the hand sewn sequins are part of the attention to detail on all of our silk maxi kaftans as the neckline and cuffs are lined and hand sewn so that you cannot see any sewing detail.  Pale pink sequins shimmer in the sunlight and follow the neckline down to just above the waist to elongate and create a very flattering silhouette. Semi sheer the vertical pattern of this tie dye silk maxi kaftan is very flattering. You can see through the silk, but the tie dye makes its less transparent. The hemline has been intentionally left plain so you can alter to your desired length. In fine matt silk, the natural fibre of this beautiful garment makes it so light to wear.

Pale pink with a subtle hand tie dye of ivory and pink, has been created to suit many skin tones. Pale pink silk kaftans are one of our customers favourite colours of resort wear to buy.
